Nearest-neighbor field algorithm based on patchMatch for myocardial perfusion motion estimation/correction

چکیده
Deformation correction and recovery of dynamic magnetic resonance images (DMRI) with low complexity algorithms without compromising image quality is a challenging problem. We proposed motion estimation deformation-correction compressive sensing (DC-CS) scheme to recover from its undersampled measurements. simplify the complex optimization problem into three sub-problems. The contributions this research are: introducing global search strategy instead DC registration step, guaranteeing non-explicit that avoids any spatial alignment or images, lowering computational cost minimum by using PatchMatch (PM). simulation result shows PM algorithm accelerates time losing in comparison algorithm.
